The reign might have changed from the hands of the Britishers to the great Indian leaders but where are we leading to???
Have we ever thought on it, how is it affecting us or rather we have opted to remain unmoved or unaffected by closing our eyes intentionally. Yes I am talking of the atrocities which are being faced by the people in Maharashtra who are not from Maharashtra. " Who are not from Maharashtra" what am I saying? India is democratic country I THINK so why such deeper meaning are being concluded from the above sentence. Thats the issue, we have just memorized or were made to memorize that India is Independent and a democratic country. But I am not able to get the feel of it. Can you feel it? How can I yaar, how can I , when our own people are making the life hell of our own people and our own people (like us) are like spectators as a cricket match is between the Nav Nirman Sena activists and the non resident Maharashtrians.
The "like us" category also includes the other political parties, the ruling government of Maharashtra. What the hell are they doing? What about the Mumbai Police who claim to be the best in the the country and are not able to feel the agony of the common masses.
Where are the social activists namely Medha Patkar and Ms.Arundhati Roy whom we can see at every procession and road side protests. All for the sake of popularity in the name of social issues which the common people are facing.
Taxi drivers mostly from Bihar and Uttar Pradesh where beaten up brutally and moreover their Taxi's were smashed like anything. In a city like Mumbai, Pune, etc. where people hardly manage to make their both ends meet , how can they bear the hospital charges and money required to repair the means of livelihood(i.e is their Taxi's).
The road side shopkeepers and vendors also mark the lifeline of the commercial capital of India. How many people have enough money to purchase from brands like SPYKAR, LEE, etc. at the end of the day whatever be the profession they all throng to these small shopkeepers to fulfill their basic needs. These brands are not for the common masses, they mark the lifestyle of the big business men and people whose earnings are in 6-7 digits or more annually and for the Thakrey's who while sitting sitting in their air Conditioned rooms and cars make frivolous statements and the so turned uncivilized persons just follow the tune.
Every human being is an animal but the men were considered the best animal because they can distinguish between right and wrong and act accordingly. But these animals disguised in men have made their identity as pet animals who just follow their master's instruction not thinking that they are hurting their own people, thus cutting the same branch(society) on which we(including them) are sitting.
College's in Pune have declared indefinite holiday, only because of the cowardly act of these hooligans. On one hand these neta's blame the government in power for not providing enough employment opportunities and quality education a nd on the other hand they act as a curb to the society striving for excellence. What for , what's the fault of the students! The only mistake they did is that they didn't opt for any college in Northern parts of India. If such is the case why do the government of such states allow the Universities to conduct All India entrance.
How long can the people tolerate and the situation has become such pathetic that people staying there in the dearth of life and death have started fleeing to their native places. In hindi we say "JAAN HAI TO JAHAAN HAI", meaning u can have everything if u are alive. People have started following the same ideology. What wrong did the people do by going to different states looking for better jobs and opportunities which they couldn't find in their own state of their satisfaction. If everybody is satisfied with what they have then no country can excel. Whatever is India's position today is because of its people who are making deliberate efforts towards quality and excellence in various fields.
If the act of going in different state is so offensive then O my mighty curators of the constitution, please edit the CONSTITUTION OF INDIA.
Make a new amendment that no people from other states should even dare to enter Maharashtra. No trains going to different states through Maharashtra should be allowed to pass through. Oh! that implies Maharashtra should have its own rail network , no trains leaving or entering it. No businessmen investing there , no foreign investment, no tourists, no scientists, no lawyers, no diplomats, no managers should be present there who belong to a different state. Then why don't they make a separate Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha for MP's from Maharashtra as they don't want to interact or they are not able to adjust with people from different states.
INDIA IS A DEMOCRATIC COUNTRY! From now onwards don't even to dare to say that in Maharashtra , if you are from a different state and by mistake u scream such slogan(which seems the right of every Indian) u may (no u will be definitely) be thrashed ruthlessly until u leave the state or till u forget the slogan.
Why don't the activists of Nav Nirman Sena demand Mukesh Ambani to leave Mumbai as he is from Gujarat or ask him to shut down his Jamanagar oil refinery, Gujarat and make a similar one in Maharashtra if he has to stay there. Ask Mr. Anil Ambani not to invest in different states to accomplish the Reliance Power project and no Reliance Infocomm network should be there in any other state. Only the people of Maharashtra should avail the facility of its network. Isn't it.
Neither allow the UB group chairman Vijay Mallaya to operate his aviation business nor allow him to sell his beverages outside Maharashtra. Moreover these big brands shouldn't be allowed to undergo foreign collaborations also if they operate from Mumbai. Am i right(according to present scenario)?
There is no logic behind such activities no body can explain the reason for such acts. What to say.....
So friends make some useful comments of how we can change this face of booming India. India is nothing without is social and cultural values however stronger it make become economically.
